  • Campaign Optimization:  Continuously analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
  •  A/B Testing:  Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to identify and implement improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis:  Keep an eye on competitor strategies and trends within the real estate industry to stay competitive.
  • Reporting and Analytics:  Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads (3-6 years).
  • Google Ads certification is a strong plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, bid management, and keyword research.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
